Today we seek a Maintenance Technician for our Loch Raven Pointe property, 72 apartment homes in Raleigh, NC whowill be responsible for the upkeep of the property through the repair and maintenance of buildings and support equipment.
We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in some of the following areas:
- General Building Repair
- Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Electrical
- HVAC
- In areas where you may lack skills, Palms can provide training!
